Seven arrested in UK

Seven foreign nationals have been detained under powers allowing deportations for national security reasons.
They were detained in London and Greater Manchester in an Immigration Service and police operation.

Some of those held were among eight men cleared in April of plotting to spread ricin and other poisons on the UK's streets.
