Syria kill militants

Syrian troops have killed five Islamic militants in clashes in the centre of the country, says state media.
The troops were raiding a hide-out of the Jund al-Sham organisation on Friday when fighting broke out, said the official Sana news agency.

"A clash took place and resulted in the killing of all five members of the group," the agency reported.

The incident happened in the province of Hama, the scene of previous clashes between the government and militants.
