Saudi's kill insurgents

The gunfight in Dammam between Saudi al-Qaida and Saudi police followed raids on buildings used by suspected insurgents.

The initial raid killed two but many escaped which led to gun battles in the streets which lasted hours.
The remaining fighters then occupied buildings in the Hamra district, another gun battle took place, this time insurgents using RPG's and grenades.
Heavily armed security personnel moved in and the situation was eventually brought to an end.

Casualties have been reported on both sides, but what hasn't been reported (that I can find anyway) is what happened to the insurgents that were holding up in the building, although it's probably safe to say they are quite dead.

*Update

Surprisingly they are still alive
Saudi forces have said they have no immediate plans to take them by force.
